This journal is an in-depth tool for those ready to commit to long-term inner exploration. With 90 days of prompts focusing on past, present, and future reflection, it offers a structured approach for someone who wants to do deep personal work. I appreciate the intention and organization of the layout, though I personally found it to be a bit cumbersome. Be prepared for a lot of writing. For those seeking a comprehensive, long-term journaling experience, this could be a useful companion, and does require a commitment. I haven’t completed all 90 days, but from what I’ve read and explored, it seems consistent throughout.
